Feast of St. Oliver Plunkett

      It has been 335 years since the martyrdom of St. Oliver Plunkett at Tyburn on the 1st of July 1681. He was the last Catholic martyr to die in England.

In honour of St. Oliver Plunkett and in thanksgiving for the past year's work in Kilkenny under his patronage, there will be veneration of a 1st Class relic of St. Oliver Plunkett after the High Mass.
